A Message From Our Founder

From our Founder

What a privilege to lead Natalie's Sisters through 25 years of service to our precious Sisters!

We begin 2026 in great shape! Throughout the last few years, several strong, faith filled and compassionate women have joined our staff. They've each taken on new roles and responsibilities that help us meet the unique needs and goals of the ministry.

When our 25th anniversary came around, friends began asking when I planned to retire. While I'll never "retire" (those who know me understand I'm not built for that), 1 am transitioning from the daily responsibilities of Executive Director to role of Founder where I will continue to work with and for the ministry as we move forward.

Thankfully, we're in the unique position of having Deb Nickell on staff -- ready to step into the role of Executive Director. Deb has spent the last couple of years learning about all areas of the ministry, using her gifts and talents to develop key processes and procedures that will be instrumental as we move forward.

I can't thank you enough for the support you've given our Sisters. Your love, care and encouragement as friends of the ministry continue to make a huge impact in Lexington for sex trafficked and sexually exploited women. I look forward to what we can accomplish in the next 25 years!

Blessings,

Jani Lewis
